Insurance Bookkeeper/CSR

Solon Springs, WI independent insurance agency is currently accepting resumes for a full time Customer Service Representative/ Bookkeeper. Our ideal candidate will successfully manage personal and commercial accounts in a multi-line book of business. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and organized staff professional who can also work as a team player.

Office hours: 8:30-4:30

You must currently hold or acquire a property and casualty insurance license within 6 months
Working knowledge of online quoting with insurance carriers and familiarity with insurance industry software helpful
Computer knowledge of Adobe, Office and QuickBooks programs

Job duties include but not limited to:
Good telephone skills, ability to answer product, billing and service questions
Servicing existing personal/commercial accounts
Computer processing endorsements, applications, binders, quotes, claims, etc.
Using online rating systems
Preparing proposals and renewing accounts directly with clients
Billing accounts receivable/payables, commissions, payroll

Based on individual skill level and experience

Final candidate must be willing to consent to a criminal background investigation and drug screen.
